First Paint Job

MG Midget Paint Job

My son, Patrick, and I spent Saturday putting paint on the 1972 MG Midget that we have been working on together. We made a few mistakes and and learned a few things in the process. I made all the mistakes, so Patrick gets the credit if it looks like a good job. He was much more patient than I was and did a better job of laying down the paint than I did. I was mainly the clean up crew and the paint mixer.

Moving Bob's 32 Plymouth Roadster

Yesterday, I went to Tennessee to help my friend Bob Mead, load and move his 32 Plymouth Roadster from his garage to Deron Shadys' restoration workshop in the Moontown, Alabama area.

You can see a slide show of pictures, below. You can go to Bob's Blog at Bob's Blog site and hear a more detailed story. Bob knows all the details of this beautiful car and his dreams for it.

See yah!

Dinah's Family Reunion

In May of this year, we met some of Dinah's family in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Dinah's cousin Greg Perry and Pat, his wife, were there along with Greg's sister Sarah. Also, her Aunt Betty Perry made the trip. Dinah's sister Holly Morgan was there along with her close friend and companion, John Busbey. We stayed at the Best Western. We spent several days visiting, touring the sites and gambling in the casinos. We didn't do very well in the casinos.... Anyway, I wanted to use this site to show some pictures to the family and friends.

Above is Dinah! Also known to her dear friends as Princess SummerFallWinterSpring <(;-o)

Above and Left to Right around the table is Dinah, Sarah, Pat, Greg and Aunt Betty sharing some stories after breakfast.
